Wash your hands often and/or carry a small bottle of disinfectant liquid.
When going to business meetings, always remember to dress formally and bring business cards, which is often referred to as complimentary cards.
If you have a sensitive stomach do not eat food or snacks off the road or at open markets – but you must try some local delicacies; fried yam, fried plantain, moin moin and jollof rice
If staying for a longer period of time or coming frequently to Abuja, we advise you to buy a local Nigerian phone number to avoid expensive phone bills in your home country. Go with either Etisalat, GLO or MTN. There are more than 100 million phones in Nigeria and most communication is done via the phone.
